Key Milestones & Current Operations:

Excavation & Site Preparation: Earthworks, ground excavation, and leveling across the villa plots have been completed.

Reinforcement & Foundations: Rebar installation for strip footings and foundation pads is actively taking place. Steel reinforcement cages for main structural columns are being set up to ensure maximum structural integrity.

Formwork & Support Systems: Formwork and shuttering systems supported by timber staging are being erected, preparing the site for the upcoming concrete pours of the first-level structural elements.
